Originally written by @HakkyuKim, reimplemented and tested by me.
Tested on both wearable (SM-R500) and TV (Smart Monitor M5). I used this Android app to mock a BLE service and verify this plugin.
You will need a little (but not much) background on BLE to understand the code.
